meWhether you have celiac disease or are just interested in pursuing a gluten free lifestyle, welcome! I was diagnosed with a gluten intolerance two months ago and I was so overwhelmed going to the grocery store for the first time. I created this blog to review gluten free snacks, recipes, products, and offer tips on how to live a gluten free lifestyle.

  1. Can’t wait to see more of your blog. One of my good friends is gluten intolerant so whenever I cooked I was looking for new ways to cook things without gluten. Good luck on your blogging journey!

    1. Hi Monique! Thank you so much for your comment :). Going gluten free was definitely a challenge and my family is still understanding what I can and cannot eat, it is especially hard during holidays when you’re the only one gluten free!

      1. I can imagine! I love carbs and when I first met my friend and we were going out to eat I noticed all of these dishes she could not eat! So I’m being more mindful about dietary requirements because I imagine it can be quite isolating!
