What Happened When I went Gluten/Dairy Free

  1. I lost ten pounds just by removing gluten and dairy from my diet in two weeks
  2. I wasn’t in the bathroom for hours every day
  3. I have much more energy and don’t sleep for 10+ hours
  4. I am not constantly nauseous
  5. I’m eating more nutritious meals because they aren’t processed and are staying fuller longer
  6. I’m no longer bloated every day
  7. My anxiety has decreased

If you’re on the fence about going gluten free, just try it! I have not looked back and will continue to be gluten free.
